It's been so nice seeing so many happy faces outside on Rotary Rink! If you're looking for a Valentine's Day date night idea, why not have dinner at Waldo's, skate on the rink, go home and dig into some of The Ice Cream Bowl's signature tubs? And don't forget the flowers, Bloomers At The Market and Forget Me Not Flowers will have gorgeous bouquets for that special someone!

SATURDAY LIVE MUSIC

Farewell Stanleys Duo will be performing upstairs in the Mezzanine this Saturday, January 21st, 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Fusing the songwriting and voices of Jeremy Montag and Mark Milanovic at the helm, the Stanleys’ music respects the musical traditions of the past while also having a fresh, genre-bending, roots-rock originality. Inspired by the songwriting teams of Lennon-McCartney, Henley-Frey, and John-Taupin, their songs exhibit the power of human connection and collaborative songwriting.

SUNDAY LIVE MUSIC

Lucy Morgan will be performing upstairs in the Mezzanine this Sunday, January 22nd, 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Lucy Morgan is a singer/songwriter from Port Stanley, Ontario. She grew up with music in her life from the very beginning, and performing has always been in her blood. She believes music is our universal language and feels so blessed to provide a space for others to connect emotionally through her music.

La Parrillada Grill is giving out FREE churros with the purchase of any item from their location in the Market. This promotion will be happening during the duration of the skating rink or when there are no more churros left to be eaten!

KOKEDAMA WORKSHOP

Of The Earth Co is hosting a Kokedama workshop on February 15th from 3:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m. in the upstairs Market Kitchen.

Get a chance to come out and learn how to wrap your very own Kokedama! During this workshop, you’ll learn the history and origin of Kokedama, how to prepare a plant for wrapping, as well as how to bind and maintain your very own Kokedama style planter. You will leave not only with your own moss ball, but the tools and knowledge to wrap and rewrap Kokedama to your hearts desire!
