On February 29th, Chef Kimi Abdullah hosted a workshop titled “All About Chicken.” She taught the participants how to break down a whole chicken and use it to make a Basic Chicken Stock, Semur Ayam (Sweet Soy Sauce Braised Chicken), and Sweet and Spicy Chicken Skewers.
