Food preservation is a big part of eating locally and seasonally. Knowledge that has been lost along the way is seeing a resurgence and we are so happy to be a part of it. Whether you have always been interested in fermentation or you are an absolute beginner, this will be an amazing opportunity to learn from a passionate and knowledgeable fermenter!
