Ingredients

  • 2 large vine ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) fresh basil, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve.
