Last Farmers’ Market of 2020!

And there you have it. Our last Farmers’ Market of 2020 is upon us this Saturday, only two days away. A part of us can't believe we're here already; this year has seemed to go on forever but has also flown by. We were all faced with so many unforeseeable dilemmas in just a few months, but we can't help but feel overwhelmingly grateful. Grateful for the many days of sun we saw, the new relationships we built with our customers, the wonderful vendors we added to our market family, the rally cry from our community to keep local alive, and for food to eat, admire, and enjoy. And so a part of us hopes that next year is better and nothing like this one. And the other part? It wants another year, just the same. I guess what we’re trying to say, is thank you. You made this year one we want to remember! But, before we get ahead of ourselves, we have some news to share. Below, you can find our vendor list for Saturday, an exciting update for our Skating Rink, a word from Anova, and a reminder about TNM's virtual Christmas Concert.  

Farmers' Market Update

Over the next few weeks, since we won’t be having a weekly Farmers’ Market, these Thursday newsletters will become sporadic, and you most likely won’t be hearing from us every week. However, you will still be on our minds!

We hope to have our first Farmers’ Market of 2021 on February 6th, the first Saturday of that month! We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes that occur, but we’re confident that we will be able to again connect you with fresh, local goods on that date. Stay tuned!

But for now, please join us on Saturday as we end this season. We hope you all have a wonderful festive season filled with joy, peace, and happiness, and that you and your loved ones are and remain safe and well. Much love to you and yours. ❤️

❄️ Monday to Saturday: 10am-7pm⁣⁣
❄️ Sunday: 11am-4pm

⛄️ please note, the Market is NOT open on Sundays but the ice rink will be!
⛄️ the hours above are always pending weather conditions
⛄️ the rink will be monitored at all times and will not exceed a limit of 25 people at any time.

Anova - Need for Donations

Anova is a Women’s Shelter in London, Ontario that provides safe places, shelter, support, counselling, and resources for abused women, their children, and all oppressed individuals to find a new start.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, gender based violence and other related issues have been on the rise, putting shelters such as Anova at a greater need for donations.

Anova has highlighted the need for gift cards, as gift cards empower survivors of domestic and sexual violence. If you are able, donations in the form of gift cards, gift certificates, or coupons would be a great help to the women of our community!

TRUE NORTH MUSIC - 12 SONGS OF CHRISTMAS VIRTUAL CONCERT

Don’t forget about this wonderful virtual holiday concert!
Local musicians from in and around South Western Ontario came together to put on a fantastic virtual concert – the 12 Songs of Christmas!
True North Music will be performing 12 songs over 12 days to bring you some Holiday Cheer and they have already released 8 songs! And all they ask of you, is to make a donation to the London Food Bank through them!
This spectacular event of giving will be sure to bring you some Holiday Cheer! Follow True North Music for updates and video links! Each night at 7pm, a new video will be up on their YouTube Channel. Here’s the link for last night’s video, “A Christmas Fancy.”
