Strawberry Microgreen Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups of your favourite microgreens
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds, chopped or sunflower seeds to make it nut-free
Salad Dressing
- 6 strawberries
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

- In a blender, blend 6 strawberries, Balsamic Vinegar, honey, olive oil and salt and pepper until smooth
- Toss microgreens and strawberries with dressing. Top with chopped walnuts, almonds or sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
