We have been having a lot of fun this summer season with our cooking classes and workshops. From Farmers, to bee keepers to local restaurant chefs we have been so grateful for all the talent walking through the market doors. That being said, many of you have missed some of our favourite instructors. We are excited to announce that Chef Carmen will be back this week with a great class prepared for you. Make sure to come say hello and welcome her back after a long summer away. She has been busy keeping things going at the amazing new downtown location of Fanshawe College. Having a culinary program so close to the market is something that we are very excited about and can’t wait to see how we will collaborate in the future.

Next Thursday, September 19th a great event is joining us at the market. The Unwrapped Market Place is an eco friendly and zero waste shopping event. The event is happening upstairs on the market mezzanine (where our winter farmers’ market takes place from February to April) 4-7. We are so excited to see it unfold and have it be happening at the same time as our Farmers’ Market. The perfect pair of events!
