3 Pork Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 lb. chorizo
- 1 lb. doble smoke bacon
- 1 lb. onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 green peppers
- 4 cans kidney beans or 2 lb. dry kidney beans
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 lt. water
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper

Directions
- Dice onions, peppers, and meats into 1” pieces.
- Sauté onions then add meats and garlic.
- When brown add tomato paste and spices then mix
- Add beans, beer, and water.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes
- Add peppers and check seasoning.
- Serve in a bowl with rice and avocado.
