- 2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled
- 1/3 cup (76g) melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (205g) all-purpose flour
Cheesecake Center
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour

Directions
Banana Muffins
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
- Pour 1 inch of batter in muffin tin. Pour cheesecake layer. Pour muffin batter to cover.
- Bake at 350 F for 20-30 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean. Rest for 5-10 minutes.

- Add egg, whisk
- Add sugar, flour and vanilla Until smooth.
