CHEESY BEEF MUSHROOM BURGER

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Portobello Mushroom
  • 1/2 lb Onions
  • 2 Garlics
  • ½ lb shredded cheddar
  • ½ lb slice Swiss cheese
  • ½ Bunch of parsley
  • 1c Panko (Breadcrumbs)
  • 2tsp Dijon
  • 2 eggs
  • S&P

Directions

This burger is absolutely delicious! Perfect decadent recipe (So juicy, grill or stovetop).

  • Fine chop the onion, mushrooms, garlic and parsley.
  • Mix beef with eggs, Dijon, S&P
  • Shredded cheese and chopped ingredients.
  • Add panko and mix with hands thoroughly (add more panko if needed)
  • Mixture not too dry not too runny.
  • Work approx. 6 patties with oily hands
  • Can cook on grill, gridle or on a lightly oiled pan.
  • Finish with Swiss cheese when cooked.
  • Built your burger with your favorite toppings.
