CHEESY BEEF MUSHROOM BURGER

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Portobello Mushroom
- 1/2 lb Onions
- 2 Garlics
- ½ lb shredded cheddar
- ½ lb slice Swiss cheese
- ½ Bunch of parsley
- 1c Panko (Breadcrumbs)
- 2tsp Dijon
- 2 eggs
- S&P

Directions
This burger is absolutely delicious! Perfect decadent recipe (So juicy, grill or stovetop).
- Fine chop the onion, mushrooms, garlic and parsley.
- Mix beef with eggs, Dijon, S&P
- Shredded cheese and chopped ingredients.
- Add panko and mix with hands thoroughly (add more panko if needed)
- Mixture not too dry not too runny.
- Work approx. 6 patties with oily hands
- Can cook on grill, gridle or on a lightly oiled pan.
- Finish with Swiss cheese when cooked.
- Built your burger with your favorite toppings.
