- Bacon bits
- 5 Eggs
- ½ lt. Milk
- ½ lt. White wine
- Herbs
- Parmesan
- Salt

Directions
Delicious Fettuccine carbonara is a classic pasta dish in many Italian restaurants and certainly one of my favorites.
- Cook fettucine pasta (al dente)
- Cook chicken and pulled.
- Beat eggs, milk, and garlic.
- Sauté the bacon.
- Heat pasta on white wine
- Add bacon and chicken.
- Add eggs mix.
- Add stock if too dry.
- Garnish with parmesan and herbs.
