  • 2 Chicken breast
  • Bacon bits
  • 5 Eggs
  • ½ lt. Milk
  • ½ lt. White wine
  • Herbs
  • Parmesan
  • Salt

Directions

Delicious Fettuccine carbonara is a classic pasta dish in many Italian restaurants and certainly one of my favorites.

  1. Cook fettucine pasta (al dente)
  2. Cook chicken and pulled.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, and garlic.
  4. Sauté the bacon.
  5. Heat pasta on white wine
  6. Add bacon and chicken.
  7. Add eggs mix.
  8. Add stock if too dry.
  9. Garnish with parmesan and herbs.
