Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soya sauce)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 3 cups fresh salad greens (iceberg, romaine, baby lettuces, etc.)
- 2 stalks celery with leaves, sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced in quarters
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and cooled, cut or crumbled into small crumbs
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
