Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk to combine until smooth: ginger, kecap manis, tahini, white
miso, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Gradually whisk in mayonnaise until mixture is
thickness of heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, place shredded chicken, salad greens, celery, cucumber and green
onion. Drizzle over some dressing, enough to coat – use your judgement. Toss to
coat salad with dressing. If more dressing is needed, add some here. Season with
salt and pepper. Once you’re satisfied, garnish with bacon bits and toasted sesame
seeds.
