Naturally Vegan and Moksha Yoga
Come and relax with an hour long Moksha yoga class, then let’s prepare a tasty Holiday Dinner in the Naturally Vegan cooking workshop.
Both the yoga class and cooking workshop will be held in the upstairs in the Covent Garden Market. The one hour yoga class will be taught by Dianne Morgan (Moksha Yoga Instructor). After a short break we’ll head into the Covent Market teaching kitchen with Heather (owner of Naturally Vegan) to create a fantastic Holiday Dinner.
We will make all the items in the menu during this workshop, and enjoy them together. You will then take home all the recipes you have learned to cook.
