Rebel at the Market-Julie Kortekaas on Whole Grains

Julie is the co-owner of Rebel Remedy Health Bar and the wizard behind some of the craziest ingredients on the shelf. (We’re talking mushrooms, bug proteins, root powders, alge, flowers and more) Passionate about sustainability, and ethically sourced products, each item is sourced with care. Julie has spent a considerable amount of time researching, and studying nutrition. Rebel Remedy is the place where it all comes to life. You can find her up front, chatting with customers, sharing her passion and knowledge with those who want to learn more.

She will be joining us for London’s Heritage grain weekend, focusing on whole grains, fibre and its role in our diet. We are know that we have so much to learn and would love for you to join us for this special class.
