Thursday’s Cooking Classes
Every Thursday Farmers’ Market at 5PM, one of London’s many talented chefs will be running a FREE hour long cooking class. Featuring fresh ingredients from some of your favourite vendors, chefs will be demonstrating how to make some of their favourite seasonal dishes and some unique dishes you may have never tried before!
So far this season, we have had Chef Cindy from Elgin Harvest teach us how to make sourdough pizzas in her wood fired pizza oven, Chef Anna from Growing Chefs make a gazpacho and nicoise salad. Becky Ellis from Entangled Roots lead a honey workshop and Kimi from Petojo taught us how to make Bakwan Jagung, Indonesian corn fritters. Delicious!
These cooking classes are the perfect opportunity to sit back with a beer from Refined Fool Brewing Co., learn some new cooking tips and tricks and enjoy some free samples!
