- 2lb small shrimp
- 2 cucumbers
- 1lb tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 avocados
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 6 limes
- 2 chilies
- 1lb hominy (optional)

Directions
- Blanch shrimp (Cool down)
- small chopped onions
- marinate on lime juice together
- seeds off cucumber
- small dice the cucumber, tomato, avocado, cilantro, and chilies
- add salt and pepper and mix everything with shrimp and hominy thoroughly.
Serve with crackers.
