A: Cactus is the loyalty rewards app, with Cactus, customers can earn, track, and redeem loyalty points from multiple businesses and track all of their rewards on one app.
Q: How is Cactus different from other loyalty programs?
A: With QR-code technology, Cactus eliminates the manual process of exchanging personal information (like email or phone number) at checkout. In addition, Cactus centralizes all of your loyalty points in one app so customers have full visibility of their rewards.
Q: Is one QR code enough for all vendors I shop at?
A: Yes, your Cactus QR code works across all participating vendors, so you don’t need a separate code for each store.
Q: How do I get the app?
A: Download “Cactus App” on iOS or Android from the App Store or Google Play.
Q: How does it work?
A: Each time you shop at a participating vendor, scan your QR code to collect points. For every $1 spent, you receive 10 Cactus Points. The Market reserves the right to modify or update rewards/promotions at any time.

A: No, your points stay in the app until you redeem them, while the program is active.
Q: Can I split the $10 discount across multiple purchases?
A: The $10 reward must be redeemed in full during one purchase.
Q: What if I forget to scan my QR code?
A: Points are added at the time of purchase, so be sure to have your app ready before checkout.
