HAPPY SPRING!

💐☔ Hello April showers and May flowers! Springtime at the Market is a magical time of year. Our first outdoor farmers' market is Easter weekend, so make sure to swing by for fresh produce & flowers!
If you're wondering what foods are in season for spring, look no further! It's the best time of year to buy artichokes, asparagus, arugula, beets, carrots, spring peas, spring onions and radishes! As for flowers, you'll start to notice lilacs, irises, lilies, tulips, daffodils, and dandelions!
A big thank you to everyone that attended Maple Fest this past Saturday! Stay tuned for our upcoming spring events. đŸŁđŸŒ±

THANK YOU TO OUR CHEFS!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to our hard-working chefs, who come in every Saturday and Sunday and teach our cooking classes. The turnout has been incredible, and the dishes are always flavourful and delicious! We appreciate all of the time and hard work that goes into these classes, and we hope to see some familiar and new faces this weekend!

NEED A PICK-ME-UP?

The “almond awakening” smoothie is the most popular energizing smoothie from Better Blend Smoothie Bar! (It’s also my personal favourite.)

Made with bananas, almond butter, espresso and milk, it’s the perfect way to kick-start your morning!

Have a great weekend, everyone! See you at the Market!
