  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/2lb sliced bacon
  • 1 big white onion
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 jalapeño
  •  chopped herbs
  • cayenne
  • cumin
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

Juicy, tender Stuffed Pork Tenderloin!!  Any home cook can make this gorgeous pork tenderloin recipe with restaurant-worthy results.

 

  1. Clean fat from the tenderloin and split open in thin butterfly style and season.
  2. Chop and sauté vegetables seasoned and drain liquid after.
  3. Layer bacon and place tenderloin on top, season it and put stuffing.
  4. Close and wrap bacon around.
  5. Wrap on tin foil and bake at 200f for 30 minutes.
  6. When out quick brown on hot pan.
  7. Ready to cut on medallions.
