- 1 big white onion
- 1 big tomato
- 1 garlic
- 1 jalapeño
- chopped herbs
- cayenne
- cumin

Juicy, tender Stuffed Pork Tenderloin!! Any home cook can make this gorgeous pork tenderloin recipe with restaurant-worthy results.
- Clean fat from the tenderloin and split open in thin butterfly style and season.
- Chop and sauté vegetables seasoned and drain liquid after.
- Layer bacon and place tenderloin on top, season it and put stuffing.
- Close and wrap bacon around.
- Wrap on tin foil and bake at 200f for 30 minutes.
- When out quick brown on hot pan.
- Ready to cut on medallions.
