London’s First Bonsai Show!

It may have been rainy and gloomy this past week, BUT there are tons of vibrant festivities and events at the Market this weekend that will surely brighten up your week!☀️Pick-up fresh produce at the farmers market, discover hidden gems from our vendors, and join in on all the fun activities!🧑‍🍳
Our Market vendor, Of The Earth Co. has been working very hard to bring to you The Middlesex County Bonsai Show - London's first-ever Bonsai Show! 🌱 The event will feature 100 trees, handmade bonsai pots, prizes, and more. It will also be a great opportunity for those interested in Bonsai to learn more about the art form and pick up tips and tricks on taking care of your plants at home🪴 The free event will be taking place this Saturday, June 8th, 8AM-6PM and Sunday, June 9th, 11AM-4PM. Make sure to also stop by Magpie's Collected Creations' with the kiddos for some Bonsai colouring pages! 🖍️
Don't forget the Multicultural Festival is also this weekend! Join us on the Rotary Square on Sunday from 11AM to 7PM where there will be lively performances from global artists, ethnic cuisine, culture, learning and fun for the whole family! 🎵👘🍲

Oh, hello future yogi, Tarot Flows is not your regular yoga class! Each journaling yoga class starts with an angel card message in a candlelit setting. Now, you have something to translate into your life and reflect on your journal during the class.

LONDON'S MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL

The London Multicultural Festival is a grass-root, not-for-profit community-based event. It is the largest community-based multicultural event in town. This free and family-friendly Festival showcases the culture and heritage of the different ethnic groups in London, builds bridges amongst the communities and provides a face-to-face opportunity to people from all groups to get together, share stories and learn from each other. The Festival provides an opportunity to local talents, entrepreneurs and small business owners to get exposure and advance their careers or businesses.


Join us for the 2024 London Multicultural Festival, held outdoors on the Rotary Square this Sunday, June 9th 11am to 7pm. By the end of the Sourdough for Beginners workshop not only will you have prepared your first dough for a loaf of bread, you’ll have all the tools you’ll need to continue on your baking journey when you go home!

SCRIBBLES & HEARTS WROSKHOP

Join us for a few hours of play with a variety of media, including acrylic paint, watercolour pencils, oil pastels and inks. Explore abstract expressionism and mark-making and create your own masterpiece by tapping into your creative side. Let’s get messy and enjoy a few hours of fun with friends, old and new. Supplies will be provided. Artwork will be completed on mixed media paper or canvas.
