If you’ve never enjoyed a Sandwich Montecristo, well, we’ve got to change that!
- Prepare doble cheese and double ham sandwiches.
- Whisk eggs, milk, S & P, paprika and chopped herbs.
- Soak sandwiches thoroughly on mixture on medium oiled heated pan toast slowly both sides until cheese melts, 4 minutes each side (approx.)
