Mushroom Mutter Masala with Garlic Nan

Ingredients
- 2 Onion, medium sized- sliced
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, large dice
- 2″ piece Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 5 Peppercorns
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic grated/paste/puree
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 4 cups Mushroom medley- white, crimini, oyster, shitake, king oyster, honey etc
- 1 cup Green peas
- ¼ cup 35%
- Cilantro leaves, chopped for garnish
Garlic Nan:
- 2 packs Plain Nan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions
Garlic Nan:
- Cut nan into 2 or 3 pieces.
- Gently warm the oil in a pot. Turn the heat off and add butter and minced garlic.
- Brush this mix on pieces of nan.
- Warm them in an oven at 350°F for 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
