Ingredients
- ¾ cup Graham crumbs
- 30ml (2 tspn.) Melted butter
- 450g Cream cheese
- 110g Sugar
- 4 Tspn. Cornstarch
- 80g Eggs
- 120g Sour cream
- 1 tspn. Vanilla paste
- Fresh Fruit (optional)

Directions
- Mix graham crumbs & butter in bowl
Cover bottom of of spring, press firmly.
- Cream the cheese
Sift sugar & cornstarch & add to cream cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, sour cream & vanilla.
Gradually add to cream cheese
- Mix until smooth,
Fill into prepped spring form, Bake for 30 – 35 mins @ 300f in a water bath.
TIPS
- Temp your eggs & cream cheese
- Prep mold first-SPRING FORM mold needed
- Use quality Vanilla
- Deep tray for water bath
300f Convention oven 30-35 mins
324f convection oven 50-50 mins
