Pulled Pork – served on a tortilla chip with guacamole
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 1/4 c kosher salt
- 2T onion powder
- 2T garlic powder
- 1/4 c chili powder
- 2T smoked sweet paprika
- 3 lb pork shoulder

- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Combine all rub ingredients in a small bowl
- Rub all over pork shoulder
- Place the shoulder in a large roasting pan, cover tightly with foil
- Slow roast until fork tender 2-4 hours
- Shred with a fork into bite sized pieces
