Love is in the air! With Valentine's Day coming up, we've got all the chocolates, florals and cards you'll need for that special someone or for yourself! The Rotary Rink is open Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 10 am. to 6 p.m. Skate Rentals are available for $5.00.
The Farmer's Market will be back upstairs in the Mezzanine starting Saturday, February 4th, 9am to 1pm and will move back outside Saturday, April 8th (Easter Weekend) 8am to 1pm.

SATURDAY COOKING CLASSES

This Saturday, join us in the market kitchen for our cooking class hosted by Kimi Abdullah. Kimi will be demonstrating how to make baked Mac n Cheese.

Doors open at 10:40am, class starts at 11am. No registration is required. First come, first served. 

SUNDAY COOKING CLASSES

This Sunday, join us in the market kitchen for our cooking class hosted by Melanie Amadasun. Melanie will be demonstrating how to make no bake treats; rice crispies.

SATURDAY LIVE MUSIC

Sarina Haggarty will be performing upstairs in the Mezzanine this Sunday, January 28th, 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Sarina has shared the stage with Tim Hicks and Tyler Shaw, and she regularly uses her music to serve others in the community with her melodic stylings, thoughtfully crafted songs, and wicked sense of humour. Her music has gained attention from many in the music industry for her soulful songs that are beyond her years.

SUNDAY LIVE MUSIC

Taylor Holden will be performing upstairs in the Mezzanine this Sunday, January 29th, 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Taylor Holden is a rock and roll artist in London, Ontario. Taylor’s passion lies in live performance- Inspired by women like Joan Jett and Betty Davis, she strives to create memorable performances that channel the raw, rock and roll energy of the 70s.

GEODE + BRACELET WORKSHOP

2 GREAT WORKSHOPS IN 1 DAY!!

These works shops will be located upstairs in the Market along with the other artist and vendors during the Valentine’s Day Artisan Market on February 11th!

Enjoy picking out your geode and finding what surprises are within.

The steps in order to succeed in our geode workshops are as followed….

(1) Select your geode or geodes

(2) Purchase your geode or geodes

(3) Take your geode over to the geode cracking station

(4) Get cracking

The price for admission is just the price of your geode or geodes, so enjoy and have fun.

 

Aromatherapy Bracelet Workshop:

Bracelets are $20/per adult, and $15 for children. Cover charges include; one-hour, one bracelet and the stone beads that you would like to use for it. If you would like to make a second one, that is $12 extra.

WALK-IN’S ARE WELCOME!

We have 3 one-hour workshops available with room for 12 people to comfortably make bracelets. Groups are welcome!

– The first one starts at 9:00am – 10:00am

– The second one starts at 10:00am-11:00am

– The third one starts at 11:00am-12:00pm

Sign-up is not required, but it is a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE – if the tables are full during one of the time slots, you will need to put your name down and wait for the next one-hour slot.

KOKEDAMA WORKSHOP

Of The Earth Co is hosting a Kokedama workshop on February 15th from 3:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m. in the upstairs Market Kitchen.

Get a chance to come out and learn how to wrap your very own Kokedama! During this workshop, you’ll learn the history and origin of Kokedama, how to prepare a plant for wrapping, as well as how to bind and maintain your very own Kokedama style planter. You will leave not only with your own moss ball, but the tools and knowledge to wrap and rewrap Kokedama to your hearts desire!

NATIONAL CROSSIANT DAY

January 30th is National Crossiant Day! If you need a reason to try one of Pastry Culture’s signature croissants, Monday is the perfect excuse! Double-baked croissants are a MUST-TRY at the Market!
