Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon – diced
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 lb calamary – diced
- 1 lb scallops – half
- 1 lb white onion – chopped
- 1 celery – diced
- 1 lb corn
- 1 lb carrot – diced
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- ½ c tomato paste
- ½ c fish sauce
- 1 lb tomato – diced
- 1 bunch of parsley – chopped (garnish)
- S&P
- 1 tsp.. Paprika

Directions
It is one of our favorite ways to enjoy a bowl of comfort food. There is just something so belly warming about a creamy bowl of seafood goodness! This chowder recipe can be prepared on a weeknight because it cooks quickly!
- Sauté sea food with onion
- Set apart
- Sauté all vegetables
- Add tomato paste and garlic
- Add 3 liters of water
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Add sea food and fish sauce
- Add coconut cream S&P and paprika
- Serve and garnish with parsley
