Directions
A generous smear of this spread atop a buttery Ritz cracker is height of sophistication. This a great year-round party appetizer – it works in the summer with BBQ foods or in during the holiday season along side other party nibbles.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, Dijon, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and spices until smooth.
- Finely chop, either by hand or by using the pulse setting on your food processed, the smoked fish fillets. Add fish and sliced green onions to the mayo-cream cheese mixture and combine until fully incorporated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
