LARGE ENTERTAINMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Juice Joint ft. Amanda Movio

Juice Joint is a seven-piece jazz, funk fusion band based in London, Ontario. They perform original music composed by bandleader Nathan Nykor, blending influences such as Casiopea and D’Angelo, as well as Latin Jazz. Juice Joint has performed at notable venues and festivals including Sunfest 2024, Aeolian Jazz Festival 2024, and Lee’s Palace. On the side, they accompany R&B artists, such as Saveria and Eleanor Gebrou. Juice Joint has also been running a successful bi-weekly jam session at a local bar, Poacher’s Arms, where the band plays a short-set, then opens up the stage for a jam. People of all backgrounds and skill levels are encouraged to jam.


London Fusion of Simple Reflections for Artists

A Musical Tapestry of Diversity and Joy London Fusion embodies the vibrant spirit and rich diversity of our city, bringing together musicians from different backgrounds to create a harmonious blend of sounds and cultures. Rooted in the shared love for music, this group combines traditional and contemporary styles, drawing from Latin, jazz, funk, and world rhythms. Each performance is a unique celebration of connection, joy, and artistic expression.

At the Holly Jolly Market concert on December 14th, London Fusion will fill Covent Garden Market with lively beats and soulful melodies that invite everyone to come together in celebration. Their music is a reminder of the unity and warmth that music brings to communities, especially during the holiday season. Join us as London Fusion delivers an unforgettable performance, weaving together melodies that echo the heartbeat of our multicultural city.


Miss T the Bubble Queen

Outdoor bubble shows transport you into the magical world of mega bubbles, billions of bubbles and ameba-shaped bubbles. Bubbles will be floating over you, and billions of bubbles will float around with the unique magic mega tools. Bubble tricks will include blowing bubbles inside of bubbles, grabbing a hidden bubble from inside a bubble, holding a bubble and making one bubble magically two bubbles, blowing bubbles from our hands and more!

Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, our expert instructors will guide you through the process and provide all the materials you need. Kids and adults of all ages are welcome. However, kids under 12 are required to be accompanies by adults with tickets. We reserve the right to deny children entry without a ticketed adult. Due to lack of space, parents without tickets will not be able to stay back and come collect the kids after.

STEVIE'S SLIDERS TROMBONE ENSEMBLE

We are a brass band that started over 25 years ago and are the longest established trombone choir in Southwestern Ontario. We are all amateurs in the truest sense in that we “love” to play our instruments to the best of our ability while enjoying the fellowship unique to musicians.

 

We have established an extensive repertoire of Christmas music, movie themes, military marches, classical music, Dixieland, fanfares, sacred/gospel music, barbershop and much more. We are open to like-minded trombone players who wish to share our “joy”.


Head upstairs to the Mezzanine on Tuesday, December 12th for the Stevie’s Sliders Trombone Ensemble at 2pm.

LESTER B. PEARSON SCHOOL PERFORMANCE

Lester B. Pearson School for the Arts presents Pearson Stage Band! Pearson is a Grades 4-8 TVDSB elementary school for which students can apply. More information about the school, as well as application information, can be found at their school website: pearson.tvdsb.ca.

The Pearson Stage Band, performing Thursday, December 19th at 12pm, consist of students in grades 6, 7 and 8. Different music from various genres will be featured, including some holiday favourites!
