We have some new vendors joining us this week! We can’t wait for you to meet them and welcome them to our market family.
First, we have Proper Heathen Hot Sauce Company. They make quintessential artisan hot sauce! They will have their full line of sauces at market tonight, as well as some one-off items! You will see them at market every Thursday this summer.
Another new vendor is Nightingale Pie Co.! They have a wide variety of fresh pies, mainly in size 5in but also 9in. They have staple flavours as well as seasonal options as the seasons change – key lime pie, strawberry-rhubarb, cherry, apple, coconut cream, lemon meringue, etc. You will spot them at market every Thursday this season!
Third, we have the Pied Piper Company! They make dog treats and bandanas. You probably know that we have a no-dog policy for the farmers’ market and that we do our best to enforce that in an outdoor space. But, we know how inconvenient this can be! Make sure to bring your fur babies home some treats after your market visit! Pied Piper will be at market roughly every other week on Thursdays this season and we will make sure you know when to expect them!
Next, is Polina’s Nostalgic Treats. Polina makes traditional Persian treats including zoolbia, bamieh, bastani, and faloodeh. Pictured are Zoolbia on the left, and Bamieh on the Right. Zoolbia is a type of fritter made with a yogurt batter. Bamieh is a type of donut (depending on shape) coated in a sweet and savoury sauce. Bastani and Faloodeh (not pictured) are frozen desserts, one savoury and one sweet. Ask Polina how she makes these treats and why she started! We love learning about foods from around the world, and especially love tasting them!

We have live music back again, both Outdoors and Indoors!
For the Farmers’ Market Outdoors: On Thursdays, we will have live music from 4pm to 7pm (today it will be until 6:30). On Saturdays, we will have live music from 10am to 1pm. The musicians change each week and we will update you here!
Indoors, we have live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 11:30 to 1pm. The London Musicians’ Association sets up on the mezzanine and performs towards the open market. Their beautiful music makes shopping Indoors all the more pleasant!
