Ingredients
Bechamel Sauce
- 2 White Onions
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 3 Cloves
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 1 Garlic
Lasagna
- 1lb oven ready lasagna noodles (soften on hot water)
- 2 Chicken Breast (boil and pulled)
- 1lb mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese

Directions
What makes white lasagna so special and totally irresistible is the impossibly creamy Bechamel sauce that’s blanketed throughout the casserole.
Bechamel Sauce
- Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes until soft then blend leaving lumps.
Assembly
- On an Oven tray spread evenly on layers
- Add Béchamel
- Add Noodles, Chicken, Mushrooms
- Add Béchamel
- Add Cheese, and repeat layers.
- Cover and bake at 400f for 45 minutes then uncover and bake 15 minutes approx. until brown crispy.
