Ingredients

Bechamel Sauce

  • 2 White Onions
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 3 Cloves
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 liter Milk
  • 1 Garlic

Lasagna

  •  1lb oven ready lasagna noodles (soften on hot water)
  •  2 Chicken Breast (boil and pulled)
  • 1lb mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese

Directions

What makes white lasagna so special and totally irresistible is the impossibly creamy Bechamel sauce that’s blanketed throughout the casserole.

 

Bechamel Sauce

  1. Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes until soft then blend leaving lumps.

Assembly

  1. On an Oven tray spread evenly on layers
  2. Add Béchamel
  3. Add Noodles, Chicken, Mushrooms
  4. Add Béchamel
  5. Add Cheese, and repeat layers.
  6. Cover and bake at 400f for 45 minutes then uncover and bake 15 minutes approx. until brown crispy.
